Project Details: In January 2009 our customer starts with an BSS S13 SW upgrade in France. The purpose of this project is to provide BSC and BTS Upgrade Services to GSM networks. 230 BSCs will be upgraded. Around 10600 BTS are spread over those 230 BSCs, with 5300 Ultrasite and 5300 Talk. Ultrasite BTSs need to be upgraded the same night as the BSC. BSS Design Engineer. Resorting to a Senior Radio Design Engineer you will be responsible for the detailed design of the Business Support System (BSS) including validation and maintenance of the design and verification that the delivered system meets the design. You will complete the overall design of the BSS in support of the BSS engineer, including capacity and performance design, design each BTS site including feeder, antenna design and TRX sizing.
